Returns

Due to the perishable nature of farm products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • If the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

  • If the issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must share order details and clear photos of the product for verification.

Once approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product (based on availability), or

  • Store credit/refund, as applicable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 1 hour of placing the order, or

  • Before the order has been processed/dispatched.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, and other highly perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Products that show signs of misuse or tampering are not eligible for return.
