Returns
Due to the perishable nature of farm products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

If the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

If the issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must share order details and clear photos of the product for verification.
Once approved, we will offer:

Replacement of the product (based on availability), or

Store credit/refund, as applicable.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order:
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Fresh fruits, vegetables, plants, and other highly perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
