THE REAL HEROES: OUR WOMEN, FARMING FAMILIES & ARTISANS

Every jar, every sapling, every experience is brought to life not by machines, but by human hands and hearts. Our work is a fellowship built on mutual respect and shared dreams.

Women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs): These women from neighbouring villages are the very spine of our work. You’ll find them stone-grinding spices on traditional sil-battas, sun-drying herbs, and preparing local mixes from recipes passed down by their grandmothers. They are preserving not just flavours, but heritage.

Our Circle of Makers: Within our small unit, our dedicated circle handcrafts every batch of cooler, chutney, and jam. From peeling fruits to slow-stirring ingredients and sealing each jar, every step is a deliberate act of care. Every label is placed by a person who believes in this work.

Our Farming Families: These stewards of the land trust the rhythm of the seasons over chemical calendars. They cultivate without pesticides, nurture indigenous seeds, and harvest with reverence. Their fields are guided by instinct, not instruction.

Our Artisans and Forest Dwellers: With deep respect for the land, these partners bring the wild into our work, gathering herbs, flowers, and roots from the forests according to ancient lore.
