Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund promptly.
Refund Process
After approval:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your bank/wallet, depending on your payment provider.
For replacement requests, we may offer:

A fresh replacement product, or
-
Store credit, depending on availability.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Products that are perishable and have been consumed, mishandled, or tampered with.

Orders cancelled after dispatch.

Items that fall under non-returnable categories as per our Return Policy.
Order Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your order within the allowed time window (within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch):

A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

For COD orders, no refund applies as no payment is collected.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
