Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product.

  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You provide order details and clear photos for verification.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Process

After approval:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your bank/wallet, depending on your payment provider.

For replacement requests, we may offer:

  • A fresh replacement product, or

  • Store credit, depending on availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products that are perishable and have been consumed, mishandled, or tampered with.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

  • Items that fall under non-returnable categories as per our Return Policy.

Order Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order within the allowed time window (within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch):

  • A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

  • For COD orders, no refund applies as no payment is collected.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment wallet.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider—they may have internal processing delays.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you promptly.
